We will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days, as required by law.

Report content or a copyright issue

To report content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes your rights, email the Grievance Officer with:

  • the link (URL) to the content;
  • a description of the issue and, for copyright, proof you own the work;
  • your name and contact details;
  • a statement that your complaint is made in good faith and is accurate.

We will review valid reports and act in accordance with our Terms and applicable law.
